is paul vaugn rite 4 the job

hi im tony greenlite lived in thurrock all my life,and watch all our local sides,my question is,if tilbury wanna go forward, then why have they appointed paul as the new manager,when he has no experriance at this level.he may be a good coach but his only experrianse is coaching kids.call me old fashion but paul will not get the repect from the players,at this level u need expperiance and paul does not have that.ok u may say he will bring players in,his blackbook will only have kids numbers,that is not the way 2 go forward.He may proove me wrong but i bet he wont last 5 mins,To manage at this level u need a book with real players and not kids.there must be betta coaches outthere so how come the club didnt hold formal interviews
