I think we need to be more clinical and stronger, maybe we have not played well every game but we have had some good performances this season and are on the edge of play off places after four hard games. I agree we don't seem to have a plane b when things are not going our way
We have a run of away games now all of which are winnable. It's all ifs and buts although we did not play well and it was srcuffy game yesterday the missed penalty may have one us the game.

This game was poor . But just watched us get a point in a game against bury we should have lost easily . I don't get over much but we looked second best today if there 4 or 8 could shoot it would have been 5 or 6 . No midfield second half and for making chances up front no chance. would love tilbury to make the play offs but sorry this team is not there . Only seen 8 games and no plan b from the management team. We play the same way or have done when I have watched . Good luck over xmas a run of easy games coming up

Match report home v Harlow Town, Essex senior cup via Mr Anthony Mercer.
Tilbury 0 Harlow Town 0 Tilbury won 6-5 on penalties (Att 53)
Tilbury progressed to the quarter final of the BBC Essex Senior Cup with a penalty shoot out win over Ryman Premier side Harlow Town. This was Tilbury's 4th shoot out of the season and the 3rd successive Essex Senior Cup shoot out. It was also Harlow's first defeat in 11 matches.
The match lacked a cutting edge with neither side creating much in the way of clear-cut chances, and the most notable incident of the first half was a bad knee injury to visiting goalkeeper Ed Thompson. It was a quiet start to the game with Harlow's Leon Antoine going close with a header on 20 minutes. Tilbury had a chance on 30 when Tony Martin shot from the edge of the area that was tipped over the crossbar. From the resulting corner Kurt Smith tried an overhead kick that went over. On the half time whistle Harlow keeper Ed Thompson cleared up field, but unfortunately his foot got stuck in the pitch and it looked like he had dislocated his knee. The referee used common sense and blew for half-time, allowing Thompson to receive treatment. Harlow came out stronger after the break with Ngamb going close and Tilbury's Eli Beniot clearing well. Tilbury lost the services of Jimmy Cook on 82 when he received his second yellow card, but Tilbury's defence held out well to take the game to a shoot out. 8 of the 10 penalties were converted, with Harlow's David Hughes saving well from Neil Richmond to give the Hawks the advantage, but when Ryan Melaugh's spot kick was brilliantly saved low down by Louis Hawes, it took the game to sudden death and on the 14th penalty Syrus Gordon saw his kick go over the bar, leaving Toch Singh the chance to win the game, that he converted, to see Tilbury win 6-5 on penalties. The result's sees Tilbury progress to the quarter finals, where they will travel to Billericay Town
On Saturday, Tilbury welcome another play off hopeful Bury Town to Chadfields.
Tilbury: Hawes, Willis, Conway (Cook 68), D Smith, Beniot, Norton, Francis, Singh, Martin, Richmond and K Smith.
Unused subs: Mead, Nightingill, Peddie and Brown
