Redbridge 1-5 Tilbury.
TILBURY won their fourth match in a row as they completed a comfortable double over Redbridge.
Having defeated the Motormen 4-1 last month, the Dockers went one better this time and scored five goals to
extend their superb recent form, in which they have now taken 13 points from a possible 15.
Emiel Aiken, Neil Richmond, Joe Nightingill and a brace from Tony Martin were enough for the away team, with only a late consolation preventing them from making it back-to-back clean sheets.
Aiken opened the scoring after just three minutes with a composed finish, with Martin notching his first of the evening with just 13 minutes on the clock.
And the Dockers were cruising at the break, as a delicate chip from Richmond made it 3-0.
And Tilbury didn’t let up after the break, as Nightingill netted twice in 15 minutes.
Jay Knight scored with a minute remaining to give the home fans something to cheer.
Tilbury climb to seventh in the division, with a game in hand on a number of the sides above them.
Tilbury: Bogard, Webb, Glozier (Austin), Nightingill, Pooley, Game, Babalola, Carlile, Richmond (Awokoya), Martin, Aiken (Collins)
