Had a few chats with Paul in the past and I think he would do a good job. And he knows Tilbury football club well from past experiences, he also has experience at a higher level.  Question

age 49, Assistant Manager (at the moment)

Biography:
In his playing days, Joynes played for Purfleet, Hornchurch, Tilbury, Concord Rangers, Aveley, Romford, Bishop's Stortford and Billericay.

After his playing days ended, Joynes started his managerial career and has been Manager at Tilbury, Romford and ,most successfully, at Aveley where he won the Essex Senior Cup and the Essex & Hearts Border League.

He has also been Assistant Manager at Bishop's Stortford where he helped them reach the FA Cup 1st Round Proper, the Semi-finals of the FA Trophy and the Conference South Playoffs. At Dover Athletic, they reached the 3rd Round Proper of the FA Cup, beating Gillingham and Aldershot Town along the way but their amazing run ended in a loss to Huddesfield.

I agree with you "Welshexiledocker" the current management team are not good enough to take Tilbury fc to the next level. For the good of the club, the team, and the fans changes must be made sooner rather than later. We can only wait and see if any changes are made before the new season starts, of this I am doubtful.

TIME FOR CHANGE Empty TIME FOR CHANGE

Yet another home defeat, no goals again.........seems ( from a distance) yet another wasted season under this management team. TIME FOR CHANGE - far too many players used- some not given a chance to succeed - some left the club due to frustrations with the management of the team. Its time for the new Chairman and his committee to sack the manager - and all who believe in him - and appoint somebody NOW who has real solid contacts at this level of the game and who can begin the preparation for next season. Many supporters have already walked away from supporting the team and there are only the loyal band of followers left - please give them some hope for next season and get back  to winning football, a settled squad, and start to bring the supporters back to St.Chads in numbers.
GIVE THE DOCKERS SUPPORTERS A TEAM TO SUPPORT AND BRING BACK THE GOOD TIMES AT CHADFIELDS( wriitten more in hope than expectation).
COME 0N YOU DOCKERS.
