got this team and report of lowestofts site.

Tilbury; Marrable, Bansende, Plom, Good (Crooks 30 mins), Pooley, Tricker, Fry, Skerritt, Aiken, Taylor, Wraight. Subs; Pitty, Wilson-Jones, Crooks, Cook, Leatherbarrow.

The game started with some quick and high quality passing and movement from Lowestoft and the first 10 minutes gave the indication that this was going to be a simple day at the office for Lowestoft.
Tilbury were finding themselves pinned back in their own half with the early Lowestoft onslaught, with Forbes busy and workman like and Henderson's drive and vision causing them early problems.
However Tilbury rode the storm and after 20 minutes they started to get into the game and were putting some flowing moves together themselves.
Luckily for Lowestoft any move that Tilbury did put together was capably dealt with by the Lowestoft defensive pairing of Marsden and Manning. Manning had asked to train with the team during pre-season and had featured during this time but after being called upon to play against Newmarket in a cup match last week, he was called upon again. I have to say that the lads temperament and overall attitude is fantastic and he certainly didn't fade into the background tonight. He was vocal, committed and staunch in his defending and looked more than worthy of his place in the team.
Tilbury however had a good chance to get a clear shot on goal, as the number 9 (Aiken) burst into the box but unfortunately trod on the ball at a crucial moment.
Lowestoft then created a cracking chance, as Smith delivered a free kick in with pace from the right and Stock seemed to have guided the ball home from 6 yards out, only for an amazing clearance off the line to deny him and Lowestoft.
Cave-brown was starting to get into some space up the pitch for Lowestoft but his usual standard of crossing was very much extinct tonight and resulted in some moves having no end product.
The game was seeing good spells of football from both sides at times but equally frustrating football from both teams on other occasions.
The number 10 (Taylor) placed a good chance wide of the upright for Tilbury and this was shortly followed by Tilbury striking the post, as they looked to get themselves ahead in the game.
Henderson was causing problems with his driving runs, however his night came to an early end after 37 minutes, as he was carried off and replaced by Clark. Fingers will be crossed that he won't be added to the growing injury list for Lowestoft.
After some good early football by both sides the game started to become a little disjointed towards the end of the half and both sides were being reduced to long range efforts, with none of them troubling either keeper.
However just before the half time whistle Lowestoft could and should have taken the lead, as Clark raced through the middle but his shot was saved by Marrable, as he tried to put it round him.
The play that immediately followed the save from Clark, saw Smith with an opportunity in the box but the ball was on his wrong foot and his shot was off target and flew over the bar. Lowestoft should have gone in at the break leading but as the teams left the pitch 0-0 was looking like the final outcome.

The second half started with both sides again having spells of play and the game was looking fairly even at this point. However Tilbury then got themselves in front with a good cross into the box and with Lowestoft not clearing their lines, the number 16 (Cook) stabbed the ball home past the keeper for 1-0 (56 mins).
This gave Tilbury a lift as they started to work really hard all over the pitch and were pushing Lowestoft back. Lowestoft needed to make a change and Francis came into the fray, replacing Stock after 63 mins.
Jessop, who looked so confident on his debut against Wealdstone, was looking a bit nervy and his kicking was poor in this half. His awareness was also lacking, as Tilbury nearly extended their lead with Jessop not coming for a ball into the area and a free Tilbury header luckily being wasted and sent over the bar.
Lowestoft knew they had to roll their sleeves up and battle for this one, as at 1-0 they still had time to get back into this game. That's exactly what they nearly did, as Cave-Brown finally delivered a good ball into the box and the number 7 (Fry) very nearly screwed the ball into his own net.
Lowestoft were now putting Tilbury under pressure and a missile of a shot from Marsden was goal bound but averted, as the Tilbury player went to ground after being struck by the effort.
Forshaw lashed a free kick across the box and the crowd gasped in disbelief as to how nobody got on the end of it, as it just needed the faintest of touches to convert the chance.
Francis was now settling into the game and was giving Lowestoft some drive and impetus when going forward, however Tilbury dealt what looked like being the nail in Lowestoft's coffin, as a ball across the box was dreadfully fumbled by Jessop, as it rolled into the net to send Tilbury 2-0 up (78 mins) with just over 10 minutes left.
Lowestoft rolled up their sleeves but it was looking like another cup exit; well that was until Forshaw spun well in the box and got a fierce shot away, which came back off the post and into the path of Clark, who tapped home for 2-1 (89 mins) to give Lowestoft hope.
Lowestoft then rampaged the Tilbury goal and Francis went on a driving run before being halted by a foul on the edge of the box. Forshaw again was the provider, as he sent in another free kick and the Lowestoft crowd was sent into raptures; as the ball was sent across goal, after a header at the far post , with Ainsley on hand to stab the ball home for 2-2 in the dying minutes (90 mins).
Lowestoft had got themselves back in the game with a quick fire double in the last few minutes but as the whistle went they realised that they faced a nervy penalty shoot out to decide the result.

I don't know why but I had a feeling that after the game Jessop had, he was going to somehow make amends and end up being the hero.
Lowestoft got the penalties underway, as Ainsley walked towards the spot to take the first kick.
Straight down the middle and Ainsley had got Lowestoft off to a good start 1-0
Up stepped the number 14 (Wilson-Jones) for Tilbury but his penalty was poor and easily saved by Jessop; advantage Lowestoft.
Forshaw stepped up and hit his penalty hard and with confidence but the keeper made a great save with his legs, as the ball spun over the bar.
The number 8 (Skerritt) then had the chance to get Tilbury back in the shoot out but Jessop turned hero, as he made a magnificent save; plucking the ball away from goal, as he dived to his right.
Forbes confidently followed Jessop's heroics and dispatched his penalty into the bottom left corner to send Lowestoft 2-0 up in the shoot out.
The number 10 (Taylor) came forward for Tilbury and settled their nerves with a solid penalty into the bottom right corner of the net for 2-1.
Francis had the chance to increase the pressure again on Tilbury and did so with a drilled penalty into the top left corner to send Lowestoft 3-1 up.
The number 9 (Aiken) strode forward for Tilbury knowing that he needed to score to keep his team in it, however another great save by Jessop to his right gave Lowestoft the victory 3-1 on penalties.

Very well done to all you boys, a 2-2 draw in normal time at the top of the league side in the division above is a brilliant result and its always a lottery on penalties.

Come on tilbury
