TILBURY CHAMPIONS ! THREE TIMES OVER THIS SEASON
Tilbury under 13's secured the Chelmsford league division four title with a hard earned three nil victory over Clarion United this morning.
They added a third title trophy to the youth section following the success of the under 13's ELS title triumph and the Under 14's Eastern Junior Alliance championship winning season.
Congratulations should go to all the players, management and coaching staff.
It was also nice to see the new manager Paul Vaughn along with his assistant Clifford Mathews turn up to support these lads this morning giving further proof to their promise of commitment to the youth set up at Tilbury FC
Well done you Young Dockers - CHAMPIONS ! CHAMPIONS ! CHAMPIONS !
SO THE SEASON FINISHES WITH THREE TITLES AND A RUNNERS UP SPOT (Thundermite under 13's) FROM FIVE TEAMS !
Not Bad even if I say so myself - well done to everybody tough act to follow next season but can be done with the sides due to come in.

At the moment only the Chelmsford League under 13's ( under 14's ) will be staying with us.
Under 13's Thundermite team may not continue but this was still a possibility without everything that has been going on behind the scenes.
Under 13's ELS league winners are undecided but probably 70/30 they will leave us
Under 14's EJA Champions have gone to Thurrock
Under 18's are retained with a number of changes to management and players likely although ALL of last seasons players will be contacted in order to offer them the opportunity to re sign next season, subject of course to them completing succesfull trials.
I will be writing a report / review of the youth season and The reasons for the defections are basically the uncertain situation that has been prevailant at the club since the end of the season and Indeed all were aware of the likely Internal strife which would be forthcoming. Very sad but we move on an re build.
Once all the new sides are in place we will announce the ager groups leagues etc.

This will need to happen very quickly in order not to miss the cut off dates for registration so any Interested parties will need to get in touch sooner rather than later.
