ah just found some info from NL24 which answers by questions.

AFC Sudbury are celebrating after finally being granted their wish of a move back to the Ryman Division One North.

Harlow Town have been reprieved because VCD Athletic have been thrown out of the league for not attaining the required ground grading by the deadline at the end of March. However, this is subject to appeal…

interesting stuff, no gray in the ryman so probably essex senior league, maldon and tiptree mergered??? and VCD have dissapeared??

Also harlow town are still in our league? glad though as they have a nice ground and fans.

Ryman Football League – Season 2010/11

The Football Association have now confirmed this afternoon the clubs that will be playing in the Ryman Football League in season 2010/2011. The FA have asked that the allocations are published with a note advising that there are a number of outstanding issues still to be resolved and the listings may be subject to subsequent change.
