Hereford United have been given a stay of execution by the Football Conference as they wait to see if they will be allowed to remain in the league.

After a four-hour meeting with the Conference board at a hotel in south Wales, Hereford have been told that they must pay all their football creditors by 10:00 BST on Saturday.

The Football Conference are due to hold their Annual General Meeting.

And they want proof that the club's £148,000 worth of debts are paid.

The Conference Premier club, who are also overdue with their latest PAYE tax demand, have been told that they can retain membership of the Conference for the 2014-15 season, assuming that they meet all their financial responsibilities to former manager Martin Foyle, their players and clubs to whom outstanding loan payments are due.

Would it defo be Thamesmead to go back up, not sure who has it but thought it would be the step 3 team relegated this season with the highest points per game record. Could well be Thamesmead

Things could change again, Hereford failed to pay off there debts by 5pm, Could mean they move from Conference National to Southern Prem, Hayes and Yeading move back up to Conference South, Thamesmead move back into Ryman Premier. Not sure who would move into our league though.

Out,  Promoted,  VCD,  Witham.  Relegated,  Waltham Forest, Erith and Belverdere.
In,  Down  from Ryman Premier, Cray Wanderers, Thamesmead Town, Wingate and Finchley, From Essex Senior League  Great Wakering  Rovers, and Brightlingsea Regent.
Wroxham avoided the drop because of Ware moving to Southern league.
