New under 19s Boss off to a good start.

Under new manager John Sussex, Tilbury Under 18's reward him with a thumping victory.
A strong performance by the Under 18's saw them win there first game of the season and move off the bottom of the league with a convincing 5-1 victory over Redbridge. Tilbury were indebted to Tom Howe who scored a fine hat trick and other scorers were Jack Hennessy and Lewis Grantham.
