So what now ?

So what is going to happen to the Under 18's,Ryman Under 18's and the reserves ,who's doing what ?? Do the lads who played their hearts out last season get a look in with this new manager ???? Quite alot of questions to be answered or I can see alot of the lads heading off for trials elsewhere and us losing a good group of players !!

You are most prob 100% right mate. They may keep a reserve side.

well it looks the new guy has expeirience with reserves and youth team so hopefully he knows the importance of them all.

Yep ,I can see that happening ,Thurrock and Grays players coming in and Tilbury lads having to fight for it ,yet again
