Re: Another one departs.
Another good player gone, why are we loosing so many players this season. I could understand it if they are leaving for a higher league and more money, had a chat with Coner on Saturday after the game V VSD and I don't think it was for money. We played very very well on Saturday and fully deserved the three points against the top of the table side. There must be something done sooner rather than later to keep the players we are bringing from our youth system, I have said it before, if we are not going to keep them for at least three seasons then scrap the youth setup. Or at least explain to the paying fans what the advantage is to Tilbury Football Club of a youth system. I would like to wish Coner and his grandad all the best for the future. "COME ON YOU DOCKERS"

Another one departs.
Mead, 20, has made 108 appearences and scored 3 goals since his debut on 20th August 2011 with a 2-0 victory over Brentwood Town. He has since had a very short spell at Brentwood before rejoining and establishing himself as a regular starter.
Upon his exit, Conor said: "I think I've got to give the new challenge a go and thank Tilbury for everything. It has been a great club and I would like to thank Paul Vaughan for giving me the chance as a young player when I was 17 to play for him! I've enjoyed plauing footabll with all the lads over the years, it's like a football family and it has been so much fun especially in the play-off season. I'll miss how good the fans are, the best fans in the league!"
The club would like to thank Conor for his services to the club and wish him all the best for the future.
