Tilbury 2 Dereham Town 2
A last minute Dereham Dion Frary goal saw the sides draw 2-2. On a bright warm afternoon, Tilbury made a number of changes due to injuries and suspensions. It was end to end early, with Neil Richmond hitting over on 3, before Clark Bogard made a fine save on 10. From the resulting corner from the right was not cleared leaving Ryan Crisp the chance to hit home.
Tilbury pushed hard for an equaliser with a succession of corners. Before the half hour, Dereham had three good attempt with Crisp the closest with a lob from 25 yards, skimming the bar. Joe Nightingill headed oer on 38 before a Dave Collins free kick fell to the feet of captain Jack Carlile to stab home sending the sides in level.
The Dockers started the second half brightly and went in front on 56 when Neil Richmond played the ball to in form Emiel Aiken to fire home.
Both sides had chances and Bogard in the Tilbury goal had to be at his best. It was Dereham who spoiled a home win with a last minute headed Frary goal from a Tuttle free kick.
On Tuesday night, Tilbury are back at Chadfields when they entertain Redbridge 7.45pm.
