I agree with you 100% right Mr Kaka, I think everybody was happy with the squad of players at the start of the season, and we should have coped with the injury crises a lot better.

I've never been one for the injury call, That's why you get a decent squad in.
End of the day the players that are able to play are good enough for better results.
Also we can play 3-5-2 or 4-4-2, The fact is we haven't got a Right Back at the club, Let alone a Right Wing Back

Let's get a few things straight here. We are not where we are in the table (9th from bottom) because of injuries. We haven't had injuries for the whole 4 years or so that Paul Vaughan has been at Tilbury. I'm fed up of hearing this injuries rubbish. Yeah we've got loads of injuries just like some other clubs have. Ok we might have more than any other team at the moment but over the course of a season it will even it's self out. So hiding behind this injuries thing is stupid and pathetic when the main issue needs to be addressed like how can we be 9 points off the play offs already after only 11 games and with a goal difference of -1. We haven't had all these injuries for all them 11 games. Anyone that has got half a football brain knows that you can't blame things on injuries. By the way Joyno this is not a pop at you for putting the injuries news on here. All the fans have time and respect for you because you CHOOSE to chat to the fans every game. We are only 5 points off the relegation zone already and if we ain't carful before we know it this season is going to be over. All this is coming from someone that doesn't agree with moaning and slagging off etc as I think it's best to stick together. I like Paul Vaughan as a person but as a manager I think he's killing the first team at tilbury football club. After 4 years or so we are going backwards and that's the truth. We was looking at play offs a few years ago now we can't even manage to get in the top half let alone go up. I think it's time you left the 1st team alone Paul and let OUR CLUB try and move forward. I mean look at some of the decisions for example taking cookie off when he had scored both the goals in a home game and we was 2-1 up with 20 minutes to go you just don't do that. When your winning a game it's down to the oppositions manager to try and change the flow of the game. That's just one of a long list of decisions that have been a joke. Also look at the stupid formations you've TRIED to play. Everyone in England knows what 442 is and weather your 9 or 29 in football everyone knows there job in a 442 formation. So get the basics right before trying to make big major decisions like changing the formation. I don't see much heart and passion in the team anymore apart from Aaron waters and Harry cook and Chico. Danny Nash is doing a lot of hard work at the club and if the first team can't perform then he must be thinking it's all a waste of time. The 3 grand he lost out on for example because the joke of a performance in the cup. Danny Nash is a good man and he don't deserve this shit. I'm not moaning about just recent things I'm looking at the bigger picture and what is happening to tilbury football club first team and it's a shambles.
