Jack scored our last goal on the 13th March 2014 at 15-38 Home v Redbridge,  Jacks been a prolific goal scorer over the last few season with us and the scum bags.
He was indeed there top goal scorer in there promotion season averaging a goal every other game.  I think Jack along with brother Sam are two of our better players, Sam is a good solid defender, and Jack puts in a good shift most games. I have said it before Jacks not the fastest of forwards and I think he would benefit with someone fast along side him. I don't know what tactics they used or how they played him at G£££s  maybe a new plan's required.

The most annoying thing about it, they think they are doing a good job.

Money is not the reason Tilbury Football Club are sitting 18th in the league. Our 6th game of not scoring against Barkingside and sitting below us had conceded 106 goals this season. That means that either our players or tactics are shit I don't believe all of the players are shit some are very good players indeed. The tactics and team selection comes from the manager and coaching staff this is where the problem lays. And kids coming into this level of football will always put the effort in but effort alone will not score the goals needed to win matches. A lot of the decent players that have left the "DOCKERS" nothing to do with money Paul either don't think they are good enough or he don't get on with them. The list is endless.

That's the thing, From what i've been told from a few players in the budget tilbury have is amongst the best 8/10 in the league. Either way, Sitting 18th in this league is absolutely terrible, They've scored the 3rd lowest amount of goals in the league.

Effort is good some times but you'll always get that from every youngster, We have tonnes of effort in the managers 1st season and that showed it isn't enough in this league.

Also money isn't the main factor behind players leaving, I've said before and i'l say many times, Most of the players who have left on there own decision have told me they didn't want to go but had enough of the manager.

It shows how awful the team is when excuses including budgets, offside goals, this that and the other start appearing consistently.

The statement and reasons he gave the press was nothing to do with money, to date they are still top goal scorers for us this season. And along with other players are scoring regular look at to nights goal scorers in the ryman north. Even the players he got in to replace them have moved on.

NON LEAGUE: TILBURY boss Paul Vaughan has defended his decision to release his two top scorers this campaign, after saying they “still didn’t score enough goals.”

The Dockers boss made the decision to drop 10-goal Danny Francis and six-goal Lee Weemes last week after an indifferent patch of form for the front men.

Francis had only scored one goal in his last 13 games whilst Weemes had only notched three outfield goals in his 27 appearances for the Chadfields team.

Vaughan said he expected his strikers to score 40 goals a season between them and has looked to new 6ft 2in frontman Harrison Tweddell to add to the threat already posed by Donovan Simmonds and Piers Wixon.

Tweddell comes very highly rated from the Dagenham & Redbridge U-21 side while Simmonds has played for Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premier League.

Vaughan said: “I felt it was the time for change. “Weemes and Francis were good lads, but looking at their stats and what we were paying I expected a higher goal return.

“I wanted to look in another direction and I have to look at my budget.

“Tweddell will prove a good signing for us I am sure. “He has been banging them in for fun in the U-21s and trained with us last week. “He has a slight quad problem but all in all should be joining the first-team very soon.”

Vaughan has also brought in former Dockers winger Greg Cohen and exciting midfielder Mitchell Gilbey, who put in a man-of-the-match display against Burnham Ramblers on his debut last week.

“We are really pleased to have signed Mitchell. Three or four clubs were after him so I hope he will have a big say come the end of the season

Funny, we will see who finds it fucking funny on Saturday. Its a disgrace these people are actually getting paid to manage, coach, and represent our club and are quite clearly not up to it.
